Bahay Ligaya, (who’s business name was inspired by the owner’s wife Mrs. Joy Bueno), has just the perfect setting of a cool, relaxing ambiance for Jazz music aficionados while the restaurant’s antique tables and chairs provided the guests with their much needed relaxation while they listen to the band. Mr. Ray Bueno who owns the restaurant also owns a well–known furniture shop called Luma’t Bago (Old and New). It is a furniture and antique shop located right next to the restaurant in Quezon City, Philippines. The shop features elegant furniture and furnishings of ancestral designs, on and before the 19th century. It also caters collections of 19th century antiques; religious figurines, old liquor bottles, plates, vases, relief wooden sculptures, icons, etc.
